The industrial metal scene has been missing meaningful bands recently whose musical arrangements would not be based on forcing themselves to make angry music or copying others, but rather venting off real anger and frustration though their own ideas. The latest furious music of this kind that I was extremely attracted to came from an Australian band named Jerk, so if you’ve heard this band as well and liked their (only) album When Pure Is Defiled, you may also appreciate the latest contribution to the genre by Tempest & the Diaspora with their debut release, Amanita Muscaria.
